Edendale School visit

I had a cool visit with Senior Pasifika students at Edendale School today.

At the end of the workshop, I asked the kids: “What do you want to remember from today?”

Here are some of their responses :
Never give up on your dreams
Books can change your life
Believe in yourself and find people who believe in you

Lily their teacher said my talk reminded her of one of her favourite Samoan alagaupu/proverbs,
“So’o le fau i le fau” (join the hibiscus fibre to more hibiscus fibre) which means there is strength in unity.
