Samoan Heroes launched!

Friday 12th June was a special day as we launched my new book Samoan Heroes at Tupu Youth Library in Otara. It was such an inspiring evening, especially to see so many young people there. One of the guests wrote, “Where else would you see contemporary dance, an interview with a local NRL player, soulful sounds and Pacific delicacies while celebrating a work of literature!”

    Sorry about the late late late request…

    I am co-presenting at PD tommorrow in front Auck/north careers advisors with Pasifika workshop! “Diversity to inclusion” theme & our workshop called treasured talanoa. Is it possible if we could give a Samoan hero book as a prize for answering our quiz? Only thing is I don’t have $ on me but can organise for next week or via ACATE careers exec (I’m south Auck rep).We can pass on your details for audience to contact you for copies for their schools.

    Thought I give it a go but I understand if not.
